Press Release: Vita Group Packs Over 18,000 Meals At Feed My Starving Children
Vita Group, a medical device incubator company, recently volunteered at Feed My Starving Children, a non-profit organization that provides nutritionally complete meals to children in need around the world.

Feed My Starving Children was founded in 1987 and has since provided over 2 billion meals to children in over 70 countries. FMSC works with volunteers to package meals that are then sent to partner organizations around the world. The meals are specifically designed to provide essential nutrients to malnourished children. FMSC also works to raise awareness of global hunger and encourages people to take action to help those in need.
“The work we do is deeply personal to us, our volunteers, donors, food distribution partners and meal recipients. And we mean it when we say: ‘We want to reach everyone, until ALL are fed.’” - Feed My Starving Children Organization
The Vita Group team packed 86 boxes of food, totaling over 18,000 meals. This amount of food will feed 51 children for an entire year.
“We are proud to have been able to help Feed My Starving Children in their mission to provide meals to those in need,” said Vita Group COO, Jason Scherer. “It was an incredibly rewarding experience for our team and we look forward to continuing to support this great cause.”
Vita Group is committed to giving back to the community and is proud to have been able to contribute to such an important cause.
